Hi my name is Sam, and I am the general manager and joint owner of B Pro Fitness BS8.

  • With a decade of experience in the fitness industry, my journey began in Devon and led me to Bristol in 2004, where I immersed myself in building surveying at UWE. During my university years, I represented England Students in rugby and rugby 7s for Great Britain. The significance of fitness, especially in strength and conditioning, has consistently shaped my lifestyle.

    In 2016, I embarked on the venture of establishing our fitness site in BS3. Building on this success, we launched our second site in BS8 in 2023.

    Beyond my professional endeavors, I find joy in spending quality time with my young family. Whether it's taking my dog Rufus for walks or maintaining a commitment to my own well-being, staying fit and healthy.
